Taylor Swift Takes Early Lead at Billboard Music Awards With Six Wins

There may be a blue carpet out front, but the Billboard Music Awards already has “Red” all over it. Taylor Swift has jumped out with six awards, including Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist, in a pre-telecast announcement for the event, airing live Sunday night from Las Vegas on ABC.

Swift also took home Top Digital Songs Artist, Top Country Artist, Top Country Song, for “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” and Top Country Album, for “Red.” Swift is a finalist in eleven categories on the night. Fun. and Maroon 5 are also up for eleven.
